What you'll do

• Respond to customer parts leads by phone, email, and LiveChat
• research parts, pricing, and availability
• enter sales orders or assist with web orders
• transition customer accounts to the e-commerce platform
• coordinate online availability of requested parts
• support RFP quotes
• review stocking requests
• facilitate core and warranty returns
• maintain product and market knowledge
• follow customer service and safety standards.
