Cross-functional work is intended to improve sales-method adoption, seller and buyer satisfaction, and sales productivity.

What you'll do

• Conduct structured field and market research, including ride-alongs, focus groups, interviews, call analysis, and market research
• translate insights into journey maps, AI-enabled sales tools, materials, and training
• collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, industry subject-matter experts, and other teams to design and implement processes and workflows.
