The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Foxborough, MA. Pay is $22–$23 per hour, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. The Learning Experience – Foxboro provides early learning through its proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum. The teacher creates a structured, welcoming classroom where children build language, early academic, social-emotional, and independence skills through exploration and play. Developmentally appropriate activities, observation, family communication, and collaboration with the teaching team support children’s learning and kindergarten readiness.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate preschool activities
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• support early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional learning
• maintain a positive and structured classroom
• encourage independence, problem-solving, and kindergarten readiness
• observe children’s development and maintain documentation
• use positive guidance and consistent routines
• communicate with families
• collaborate with the teaching team and center leadership
• follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies.

Why this role
