Senior Building Enclosure Consultant

Job overview

The Senior Building Enclosure Consultant role is hybrid in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000 annually plus performance-based bonus opportunities. The position supports a growing building enclosure restoration and rehabilitation consulting practice. The consultant leads building assessments, forensic investigations, repair strategies, and restoration projects from initial evaluation through construction completion. The role also provides technical guidance, manages project delivery, develops client relationships, and mentors junior consultants to advance high-quality building rehabilitation work.

What you'll do

• Assess existing buildings and investigate deterioration, water intrusion, and enclosure performance issues
• evaluate roofing, waterproofing, facades, glazing, windows, curtain walls, sealants, parking structures, and concrete systems
• prepare technical reports and repair recommendations
• develop restoration designs and construction documents
• manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, and client expectations
• conduct site visits and construction observations
• advise clients and mentor junior consultants.
