The position supports smooth kitchen service through station readiness, inventory awareness, and collaboration with the kitchen team.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and proper food temperatures. Monitor inventory, report quality or service delays, follow allergy and dietary-restriction procedures, and maintain kitchen sanitation and equipment. Work with the kitchen team and support kitchen operations as needed.
