What you'll do

• Clean common areas and community spaces
• perform groundskeeping such as picking up trash and sweeping sidewalks
• clean and prepare vacant units
• remove trash and debris from dumpsters and compactor areas
• report maintenance or safety issues
• and use and store cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
