What you'll do

• Sell private and small-group training
• prospect for clients, conduct tours and consultations, and support sales
• manage client appointments and scheduling
• administer client programs and records
• review sales performance with fitness leadership and staff
• set goals and conduct coach meetings
• handle member service matters and concerns
• oversee coach sales activities and paperwork
• monitor club systems and compliance
• conduct facility walkthroughs and report repair needs.
