What you'll do

• Enter sales and sample orders into MAS200
• meet department processing deadlines
• generate and distribute end-of-day sales reports
• monitor data accuracy
• process replacement orders
• maintain order audit trails and accounts
• help resolve order discrepancies
• answer incoming telephone lines as required
• communicate processing issues
• recommend workflow improvements
• perform filing, faxing, typing, and photocopying.
