The Service Technician – Windows and Doors position is onsite in Hayward, CA. Compensation is $24–$26.50 per hour. Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, focused on providing homeowners with a different and better window and door replacement experience. The technician assesses, troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces window and door components to resolve customer service issues. The role combines hands-on repair work with customer communication to restore product functionality and provide service solutions.

What you'll do

• Assess, repair, and replace window parts and components
• troubleshoot and replace window components, door panels, hardware, operating mechanisms, and trim
• adjust products for improved functionality and perform caulking
• provide customer service and solutions for service issues
• perform other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.
