What you'll do

• Develop electrical system architectures and design solutions
• lead cross-functional teams during system integration and design development
• create, review, and approve electrical designs, analysis, and technical documentation
• conduct failure-mode analysis and implement engineering solutions
• influence design standards, safety practices, and quality guidelines
• mentor engineers
• support technical reviews and strategic engineering initiatives.
