What you'll do

• Oversee housekeeping operations, room readiness, inspections, cleaning standards, staffing, training, and performance management
• coordinate with Front Desk leadership on room status and turnover
• lead preventive maintenance and work orders
• maintain building systems
• inspect the property
• coordinate vendors, repairs, and approved capital projects
• oversee safety, compliance records, and emergency responses.
