The role supports daily kitchen service and may serve as kitchen shift leader when the Director of Signature Dining or Sous Chef is absent.

What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to recipes and Signature Dining standards
• follow production sheets
• cook food to proper temperatures
• maintain freshness, consistency, and presentation
• handle, store, label, date, and rotate food safely
• complete production records
• clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• assist with deep cleaning
• support culinary teammates
• serve as kitchen shift leader when needed in the absence of the Director of Signature Dining or Sous Chef.
