After-Sales Representative

The role supports Noovo’s growing recreational vehicle owner community and service and warranty process. The representative manages customer cases from initial inquiry through resolution, coordinating service requests, warranty claims, repairs, parts, and communication. This work helps deliver a consistent ownership experience through timely updates, accurate records, and effective coordination with technicians and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for service requests and warranty claims
• receive, review, qualify, prioritize, document, and track cases
• communicate with customers through resolution and follow up after service
• coordinate repairs, appointments, technicians, providers, and parts
• support warranty eligibility review, documentation, approvals, and repair coordination
• maintain records in HubSpot Service Hub and Monday.com
• escalate complex cases and coordinate with Production and Engineering.
