Senior Systems Support Engineer

The role keeps client instruments, software, and network connections operational through installation, qualification, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. It also documents service work, coordinates requests through ServiceNow, and works with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues while following safety and applicable FDA and ISO requirements.

What you'll do

• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, servers, PCs, IP addresses, VLANs, switches, routing, DNS, and DHCP
• perform instrument installation, relocation, qualification, preventive maintenance, repairs, and software upgrades
• document service activities
• coordinate requests through ServiceNow and provide status updates
• troubleshoot root causes
• support lab systems and secure data repositories
• follow client safety policies and applicable FDA and ISO requirements.
