What you'll do

• Lead shift maintenance team members in equipment return-to-standard and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
• diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
• use PLC knowledge to resolve equipment and process problems
• execute process-improvement initiatives under SOP and verification/validation protocols
• support automated equipment improvements
• coach and train maintenance team members
• ensure preventive maintenance and documentation are completed
• update equipment drawings and SOPs
• and provide leadership support for facility issues as needed. Mandatory overtime may be required
• travel is not required.
