NTO Field Trainer

What you'll do

• Provide field training on benchmarks, equipment, DPLEAK testing, secondary containment repair, MC leak testing, and leak location
• collaborate with directors, regional managers, factory teams, and testers on proficiency goals and procedures
• train testers on site preparation, testing, safety, video generation, and job logs
• support certification and SOP development
• report training outcomes and improvement areas
• assist with test report QA/QC
• perform safety observations and instruct on safety practices.
