Maintenance and Security Technician

The Maintenance and Security Technician is an onsite, full-time role in Silverthorne, CO. Pay is $19–$25 per hour. The technician performs property maintenance, preventive checks, and security support under general supervision. What you'll do

• Maintain center equipment and vehicles, common areas, public restrooms, and parking lots
• perform preventive maintenance and security checks
• review and complete tenant work orders as appropriate
• support tenant security requests
• perform field maintenance tasks according to experience and certification
• follow OSHA health and safety standards
• support custodial and Welcome Center staff as directed
• maintain a safe, tidy maintenance shop.

Why this role

Requires eligibility to operate a company vehicle, a high school diploma or GED, and 3–5 years of skilled or semi-skilled maintenance experience, including one year of experience or an equivalent combination. Experience in roofing, masonry, plumbing, or electrical work is noted.
