What you'll do

• Participate in client assessments and service plans

• act as a liaison among families, agencies, and community organizations

• maintain case records and confidentiality
• facilitate client staffing
• assist with individual and family counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• co-lead parenting and peer support groups as needed.
