What you'll do

• Support onboarding, orientation, and employee inquiries

• maintain employee records in HR information systems
• coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• prepare materials for audits and compliance reviews
• support benefits and wellness program administration
• contribute to HR communications and newsletters
• participate in process-improvement and employee-experience projects.
