What you'll do

• Greet and check patients in and out
• answer and route calls
• schedule and confirm appointments
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• collect and post payments
• register patients and update records
• track referrals and assist with prior authorizations
• manage documents in the EHR and practice management system
• answer patient questions
• maintain the waiting area
• coordinate with clinical staff.
