Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports day-to-day operations at a GPM Investments convenience store. The assistant manager helps the store run effectively across customer service, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling. The role supports the Store Manager and may act as manager when the Store Manager is away, while coaching team members and maintaining store standards.

What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store cleanliness
• create team schedules
• handle cash and deposits and oversee store financials.
