What you'll do

• Manage counseling staff and program operations, including training, scheduling, performance reviews, and discipline
• maintain patient records and reports
• counsel patients individually or in groups
• develop and review treatment plans
• conduct program orientations
• coordinate with health professionals and community agencies
• assess progress and suitability for programs
• plan aftercare
• collect and analyze urine samples
• respond to crisis situations
• and provide guidance to staff. Requires an Arizona Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor with two years’ experience or a Licensed Professional Counselor with two years’ experience, plus at least 15 hours of demonstrated clinical supervision.
