What you'll do

• Manage assigned projects through preconstruction, bid and award, construction, and closeout
• review preconstruction documents
• report status to upper management
• coordinate with public agencies, design teams, and project staff
• manage budgets and schedules
• oversee contractor activities, schedules, submittals, and clarification requests
• review substitutions and negotiate change orders
• review payments
• administer architect agreements
• coordinate equipment delivery
• and complete DSA certification and financial closeout.
