What you'll do

• Advise railroad employees and management on locomotive troubleshooting and repair decisions
• communicate technical guidance on materials, tooling, safety, productivity, and contract requirements
• coordinate instruction on maintenance programs and procedures
• mentor teams
• support continuous improvement in safe work practices, quality, and productivity
• help establish labor, material, and logistics plans
• maintain work orders and material support.
