What you'll do

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
• administer and document medications
• provide bedside care, including pre- and post-surgical cases
• monitor specialized equipment
• respond to adverse symptoms
• change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
• educate patients
• document vital signs and care
• and participate in discharge planning.
