Client Care Assistant

Job overview

The Client Care Assistant role is onsite at the employer’s Salem and Beverly, MA offices, with regular travel between locations required. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role supports The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio’s Client Care department at a locally owned, women-led mental health practice serving the North Shore. The assistant helps prospective clients connect with appropriate therapists and supports intake coordination, records, and communication between clients and clinicians. This administrative work helps clients receive timely, thoughtful attention and enables clinicians to build and maintain caseloads.

What you'll do

• Respond to client inquiries and conduct initial phone screenings
• help clients navigate intake
• coordinate client matching and referrals with the Client Care Manager and Clinical Director
• manage intake paperwork and records
• track referrals and waitlists
• support scheduling and therapy group registration
• communicate with clients, clinicians, and administrative colleagues
• maintain confidentiality and complete work accurately and on time.
