What you'll do

• Enter sales orders and quotes
• handle phone calls, returns, order-status questions, mis-shipments, lost packages, and shortages
• provide tracking information
• answer Sales IQ chats and engage customers through live chat and chat bot
• add customers to the portal
• support special and ad hoc projects.
