The Metal Fabricator — Weekend Shift role is onsite at Intermountain Electronics’ facility in Price, UT. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Intermountain Electronics manufactures engineered process, electrical control, and power distribution solutions. The fabricator lays out, fits, welds, and assembles structural metal products and components to drawings and specifications. The role uses fabrication equipment and tools to produce and repair parts while following safety requirements and supporting production quality.

What you'll do

• Review drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan layouts
• verify work pieces against specifications
• position, align, fit, and weld materials to AWS specifications
• operate MIG welders, presses, grinders, torches, and other tools
• use cranes and forklifts to move materials
• maintain tools and equipment
• follow safety procedures
• install electrical components in panels and wash, prime, or paint parts as needed.

Why this role
