What you'll do

• Build and lead the Shared Services Engineering team
• hire, coach, and develop engineers
• define and execute the team roadmap
• partner with product and engineering teams to identify shared capabilities and ownership
• lead architecture, delivery, and operation of services, SDKs, APIs, and customer-facing systems
• establish secure, reliable, documented, versioned interfaces
• communicate plans, progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
