What you'll do

• Lead or support guest greetings, engagement, and service recovery
• help manage shift pace, task flow, and team urgency
• maintain product presentation, stock levels, and cleanliness
• coach peers on customer interaction and sales behaviors
• support opening and closing routines, register accuracy, shift organization, merchandising, and problem-solving
• support sales of chocolates, ice cream, fudge, caramel apples, and gifts.
