What you'll do

• Prepare sushi and related menu items to recipes and presentation specifications
• follow allergy precautions and prevent cross-contamination
• store, label, rotate, and handle ingredients safely
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation in sushi bar, prep areas, coolers, and workstations
• coordinate with kitchen, leadership, and front-of-house teams
• assist with prep lists, inventory, stocking, and ordering needs
• provide guest interaction when working in guest-facing areas.
