HVAC Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The HVAC Customer Service Representative is an onsite role in Plano, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; some Saturdays may be required during the busy season. Pay is $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Collin Air provides comfort solutions to home and business owners in Plano and surrounding areas. The representative supports the service operation by handling customer communications and administrative work in a fast-paced trade environment. The role helps customers receive responsive service while coordinating the information and scheduling needs of the business.
