What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• provide reminders and pre-appointment instructions
• process referrals and medical records
• verify insurance eligibility, coverage, co-pays, authorizations, and benefits
• update patient records
• support front desk operations
• collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
