What you'll do

• Distribute and delegate room and cleaning assignments
• interview, select, and train housekeeping team members
• monitor performance through room inspections
• coach and counsel staff and conduct performance reviews as needed
• plan and conduct staff meetings
• and attend operational meetings. May participate in the Lobby Greeter and Manager on Duty program, assist staff with supplies, monitor hazardous-chemical compliance, and expedite guest requests.
