Base salary is $280,000–$325,000 per year; total annual compensation may reach $500,000 through productivity incentives. The physician provides comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan, managing acute and chronic conditions and preventive health needs. Working with clinical support staff and an integrated referral network, the physician contributes to continuity of care and patient outcomes while building long-term patient relationships.
