Creative Services Manager

Job overview

The Creative Services Manager role is hybrid in Washington, DC, generally requiring work in the office and/or at show sites two to three days per week. Compensation is $90,000–$115,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 7.5% of base salary. The role supports mdg’s Operations & Strategy team and its association and trade show marketing work. The manager keeps creative production moving from approved core creative through campaign execution, balancing assignments, capacity, deadlines, and freelancer support. The role maintains production standards and workflows, resolves process issues, and recommends improvements to efficiency and quality; it is not a hands-on design or people-management role.

What you'll do

• Manage project intake, assignments, and scheduling in Asana
• maintain workflows, templates, and processes
• coordinate priorities and deadlines with creative, account, and department leads
• monitor capacity and resource gaps
• coordinate freelancers and track utilization and budgets
• lead weekly trafficking meetings
• maintain production standards and documentation
• resolve production issues
• improve workflows and analyze project metrics.
