What you'll do

• Obtain clinical and financial referral information
• verify financial details before admission
• arrange tours and conduct facility tours
• explain admission policies and complete paperwork
• coordinate resident transportation with nursing
• chair admissions meetings when the Admissions Director is absent
• develop referral-source relationships
• communicate billing issues
• maintain accurate marketing information system records and updates
• protect patient and resident rights.
