Route Specialist

The Route Specialist works onsite in Weslaco, TX, on 10-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., four days per week. Compensation is $15–$19 per hour. ImageFIRST provides linen rental and laundry services specializing in healthcare facilities and supports customer linen inventory management. The role supports customer relationships through route-based service, inventory management, deliveries, and responsive account support. It also provides route relief when needed and helps maintain accurate work orders and invoices so healthcare customers receive dependable linen service.

What you'll do

• Load and unload trucks and organize truck contents
• manage customer inventory
• maintain product knowledge
• prepare and follow up on work orders and ensure invoice accuracy
• provide route relief and additional route support
• make special deliveries
• generate leads
• operate company vehicles as needed while meeting DOT eligibility requirements.
