What you'll do

• Serve as the go-to ECVC lawyer within a dedicated client squad
• handle board consents, equity grants, hiring and firing matters, and day-to-day corporate questions
• draft and review governance documents, SAFEs, convertible notes, and priced-round financing documents for Delaware C-Corps and PBCs
• answer client questions by email and calls
• delegate to and manage paralegals
• collaborate with engineers and non-lawyer teammates to refine tools and workflows.
