The Construction Superintendent / Reconstruction Foreman role is an onsite, full-time position in Dodge Center, MN, paying $25–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Direct and participate in daily onsite supervision and field production
• assist with project scoping and execution
• manage small projects from start to finish
• check jobsite readiness, safety, customer expectations, and appearance
• coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and vendors
• monitor schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance
• complete punch-list work and coach technicians.
