What you'll do

• Responsibilities may include interviewing and counseling clients
• conducting legal research and preparing documents
• managing cases from intake through resolution
• negotiating and advocating for clients
• representing clients in court and other proceedings
• maintaining case records
• and collaborating with DPLS staff and community partners. Representation before the Crow Creek and Lower Brule tribal courts may also be involved.
