Wholesale Associate

What you'll do

• Receive numismatic shipments, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders or invoices, and process inventory using proprietary software. Organize and label warehouse stock
• maintain inventory records
• fulfill wholesale orders and prepare shipments
• reconcile physical counts and investigate discrepancies
• coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• support sales and customer service inquiries
• collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance.
