What you'll do

• Support the school-wide vision and implement selected priorities
• plan goals for coached grades or departments
• develop teacher and emerging leaders through coaching and feedback
• support student intervention systems and daily school operations
• build instructional knowledge of standards, content, and methods
• use assessment and performance data to guide instruction
• conduct teacher observations and provide actionable feedback
• and recommend and lead professional development.
