Research and Development Technician 3, Verification & Validation is an onsite role in Maple Grove, Minnesota, with travel up to 10%. Compensation is $65,700–$98,600 per year. The role supports Teleflex’s Interventional business unit and its medical-device research and development work. The technician coordinates verification and validation studies and generates data for product development and sustaining projects. What you'll do

• Create, review, and provide feedback on test procedures
• train others on test methods
• own assigned verification and validation deliverables
• perform product tests, accelerated and real-time aging, and OQ/PQ testing
• coordinate tests, deadlines, conditioning, packaging, reporting, and vendor communications
• maintain documentation, calibration, and qualification programs
• assist with nonconformance investigations and method validation
• perform initial data analysis when assigned
• coordinate laboratory inventory and test-article shipping and receiving.
