The Weekend Forming & Freezing Utility Operator role is onsite in Little Falls, MN, with a schedule of 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour. North Freeze Dry produces freeze-dried companion animal food and treats at its Little Falls facility. The operator supports and backs up forming and freezing operations while meeting production, quality, and sanitation requirements. The role helps maintain production flow, accurate inventory tracking, and a safe, food-safe plant environment.

What you'll do

• Produce batched recipes to specifications and production plans
• inspect ingredients and in-process materials
• maintain production and rejection records
• perform pre-operational equipment checks, preventive maintenance tasks, and process inspections
• complete quality and sanitation functions
• support forming operations and operate associated equipment
• use the ERP system for inventory and traceability
• maintain a clean work area
• operate a forklift as necessary
• support other lines and process functions as needed.
