Restoration Project Manager

What you'll do

• Inspect restoration losses and determine needed work
• explain the process and sell recommended work
• develop and review scopes
• manage multiple projects
• update customers
• coordinate with insurance and property partners
• monitor drying, schedules, site conditions, and scope changes
• document files for billing
• follow up on billing or payment delays
• check completed work
• participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
