What you'll do

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and walk-up
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when needed
• set up workstations and support employee onboarding and offboarding
• support Windows desktops, Microsoft Office, printers, and business tools
• document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
• assist with user accounts, password resets, and access rights through Active Directory.
