Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect equipment and identify repairs
• troubleshoot issues
• plan repairs using blueprints or manuals
• perform general repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, light electrical work, and doors
• maintain building systems
• clean and upkeep facilities
• order repair supplies
• follow supervisor instructions and use hand and power tools.
