What you'll do

• Provide clinical case management to a reduced caseload and collaborate with other case managers
• provide psychotherapy and substance-use treatment as needed
• supervise the CSP team
• support eligibility determinations
• oversee service quality and fidelity to DHS 63 standards
• coordinate with community agencies
• provide or arrange crisis management when appropriate
• support staff with caseloads, records, and required practices
• participate in meetings and committees
• train and orient staff
• conduct chart audits and reporting.
