The role helps maintain production flow and timely completion, packing, and shipment of customer orders.

What you'll do

• Receive, unload, organize, and stage shipments
• move materials and finished goods
• support production activities and coordinate outbound shipments
• assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and tracking
• verify products and inspect finished boots
• report discrepancies and quality concerns
• use ERP and inventory systems
• maintain production, inventory, and shipment records
• collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and administrative teams.

Why this role

Onsite in Mercedes, Texas; occasional travel to the El Paso facility may be required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with weekends and overtime as needed; shift hours may vary between 6 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
